Alpha Alpha Xi is the first Professional Chapter established of XI THETA PSI.  Organization of the chapter began on January 10, 1997, by founder, Ralph A. Figueroa, as a mean to provide a network for all alumni brothers residing in the New York City metropolitan area and allow for post-college men to join on the professional level. The Alpha Alpha Xi Chapter was charted on December 17, 1999 with Nelson Montalvo, Sr. as the first Professional Chapter initiate and Charter member. The six Charter Members include:
